Shipment takes approximately 8 to 30 business days to reach destination countries.
Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

Shipping Delays
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

3) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leaving your correct email box and mobile number during checkout process. Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column can not be compensated.
4) PO Boxes is not accepted if you choose express shipping . Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number.
5) Nondelivery caused by wrong delivery address or no rely to pickup notification sent by our customer service specialist in 3 business days and other personal reasons will not be taken by Mikydely.
6) Receiving time can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, Customs clearance procedures or other causes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Step 1 : Please request a return or exchange, and write down the detailed order number, email and question online.
